Veal & Spinach Stew Ingredients
- 900 g/2 lb loin of veal, chopped into 2.5 cm/1 in cubes
- 900 g/2 lb spinach
- 2 onions, chopped
- 25 g/1 oz butter
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Put all the ingredients in a large casserole dish. Pour in 225 ml/8 fl oz water, cover and cook over a high heat for about 35 minutes.
