Spaghetti with Garlic & Chilli Oil Ingredients
- 250 g/9 oz dried spaghetti
- 75 ml/3 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 small fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Spaghetti with Garlic & Chilli Oil Recipe
Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil over a gentle heat, and sauté the garlic and chilli for about 3 minutes until the garlic turns lightly golden.
Remove from the heat and pour over the drained cooked pasta, and mix in the parsley. Serve hot.
