Greek Tomato Platter Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes, sliced
- 100 g/4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 black olives, stoned and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Greek Tomato Platter Recipe
Arrange the tomato slices on six small serving plates or one large serving platter. Scatter the cheese, olives and oregano on top.
Whisk together the vinegar and oil and drizzle over the top of the salad. Serve immediately.
