Chicken Macaroni Casserole Ingredients
- 225 g/8 oz macaroni
- 200 g/7 oz cooked chicken, cubed
- 275 g/10 oz canned condensed mushroom soup
- 125 ml/4 fl oz milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 175 g/6 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
Chicken Macaroni Casserole Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6.
Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then rinse and drain.
Combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle over the top. Put in a casserole dish, cover and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
