Baked Bean & Vegetable Casserole Ingredients
- 450 g/1 lb canned baked beans
- 100 g/4 oz celery, finely diced
- 100 g/4 oz carrot, finely grated
- 100 g/4 oz courgette, finely grated
- 25 g/1 oz shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 50 g/2 oz fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Baked Bean & Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Put in a heavy saucepan, and cook, covered, over a medium-high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
