Turnip Salad Ingredients
- 350 g/12 oz turnips
- 2 spring onions, white part only, chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons horseradish cream
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Turnip Salad Recipe
Peel, slice and shred the turnips. Add the spring onions, sugar and salt, then rub together with your hands to soften the turnip.
Fold in the horseradish cream and caraway seeds, and serve.
